Reasons for sleeplessness

There are many reasons, they include sleeping habits, lifestyle choices & medical conditions. For many people, stress, worry, depression, or work schedules may also affect their sleep.

*Our coaching will focus on the non-medical conditions.

Your personal trainer for sleep

Your coach will facilitate your ability to change and improve your sleep patterns and routines, which has the potential to generalize across multiple areas of your life. In other words, the beneficial outcomes that result from working with a coach to improve your sleep can enhance your overall health and wellness, quality of life, and more.

Coaches are partners

Coaches empower people to change their lifestyles and behaviour so they can achieve their health and wellness goals. Coaches are partners for people who want to change their sleep hygiene and habits.

Objective, compassionate, non judgemental

Our coaching will help you uncover the obstacles preventing you from getting a good night’s sleep, empowering you to recognize and celebrate what is supporting your sleep.

A coach will first seek to build a rapport while helping you articulate your personal wellness vision, the long-term goals you want to achieve, and the obstacles in your way of getting a good night’s sleep (Chemistry session). This initial assessment phase will enable you and your coach to understand your sleep issue fully and all that you hope to achieve, including what you’ve tried, what’s worked, what hasn’t worked, and any practitioner recommendations.

Duration

• 30 minutes (free trial)

• 60 minutes x 5 sessions (coaching in-depth)

• 60 minutes per session, maximum one session per week (on-going coaching)

Availability

Weekday from 9 – 7pm

Weekend from 10 – 5pm

Public Holiday: Off

* Please book your sessions at least one day earlier

• Zoom for Free Trial

• Optional for Zoom or AMED Wan Chai venue

Payment Method

We accept Cash, FPS, PayMe and Cheque.

Payment Procedure

Once we have confirmed the sessions, AMED will issue an invoice via whatsapp for you to pay.
