(1) This offer is applicable for new customer who has signed the 24-month contract with our company.

(2) Pre-selected Japan CPAP model.

(3) Deposit need to be paid before pick up the machine, we will return the deposit to you after the contract completed.

(4) Rental is non-refundable.

(5) We will replace with another same model machine if the machine is down regularly without man-made damage.

(6) When the machine is returned with serious damage on the machine, tenant should pay 10-30% of the machine price as compensation, all parts should be returned.

(7) If any loss or man-made damage (the CPAP is no longer functioned), tenant should pay 80% of the machine price as compensation.

(8) We are not responsible for any health problem.

(9) CPAP is not for re-rent or re-sell.
