Travel CPAP Features
Auto CPAP (4-20cmH2O)
- Fill in the online form and proceed to payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
- Arrive at the Pick-up Point, present your e-mail confirmation to the staff, then collect all the items.
- Arrival / Departure in Hong Kong: Return the items at Return Point
- Deposit will be returned into your credit card within 7 days.
You may cancel your booking at any time and payment will be refund with the following conditions:
- Cancellation Request is made more than 7 days prior to the pick-up day, 30% of the rental will be deducted as administration fee.
- Cancellation Request is made within 7 days prior to the pick-up day, 50%of the rental will be deducted as administration fee.
- Cancellation Request is NOT acceptable on the pick-up day, no refund amount will be made.
- Payment made by Bank Transfer/PayPal/Credit Card, refund will be made approximately 15 – 20 days.

Terms & Conditions
1) At the time of making payment process, we are authorised by your credit card to get HK $ 5,000 as deposit. When you return the machine, deposit will be fully refundable without any additional charges.
2) In case you plan to use the device on the flight, you must check with your airline to confirm whether this is allowed.
3) Any overdue will be calculated at HK$400 per week and deducted from deposit.
4) Loss or damage compensation is subjected to the terms and conditions as shown on our website.
5) Rental device as shown in the photo is for reference only, we have the right to replace with any other models.
6) All the terms and conditions, online payments are offered and responsible by AMED®.
